FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: MacKenzie Brosnahan, Snohomish County Volunteer Search and Rescue, Email: info@scvsar.org Date: May 30, 2025 [Snohomish, WA] — In response to multiple break-in attempts, a local fencing company stepped in to help protect a vital community resource. N.P.R Fence and other members of the American Fence Association donated fencing materials and labor to secure the headquarters of the Snohomish County Volunteer Search and Rescue, Inc. (SCVSAR), located at Taylor’s Landing. Taylor’s Landing serves as the primary base of operations for the county’s volunteer Search and Rescue organization, who provides critical search, rescue, and recovery services throughout the county. Following several attempted break-ins over the years, the site had become increasingly vulnerable. The fencing project, completed this week, included securing the perimeter of Taylor’s Landing with durable fencing and locking access points.
